Congratulations to Dr. Fouad Tayfour and Dr. Barry Emara on their official launch of Windsor Surgical Centre. In partnership with Windsor Regional Hospital this new 12,000 square foot facility is the first of its kind in Ontario. Freeing up hospital resources, Windsor Surgical Centre provides increased access to cataract surgeries and operations to repair retinal detachments. This new partnership will increase access to cataract procedures in the Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area. Elective surgeries have been impacted by the pandemic and we are fortunate to be able to partner with Cambridge Memorial Hospital to improve access to healthcare.
